Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Overnight Oats

This is the chocolate version of my usual overnight oats, adding protein powder and cocoa to turn breakfast into something that feels a little more like dessert. Peanut butter stirred in gives it the same richness as my banana version, minus the banana.

Protein powder is what pushes this well past a standard bowl of oats in terms of staying power, which matters on mornings when lunch is still a long way off. Cocoa powder gives it a genuine chocolate flavor instead of just a hint.

This still needs zero cooking, just stirring everything together the night before and letting the fridge do the rest. Peanut butter can settle a bit overnight, so I always give it a good stir before eating.

The recipe card has the full ingredient breakdown for the entire ten-portion batch. Divide everything into jars, cover, and refrigerate overnight, then keep what you'll eat within four days. Give each jar a stir before eating since the peanut butter settles.
