Honey Garlic Salmon & Broccoli
This is my go-to salmon bowl when I want something with a little more glaze and caramelization than a plain baked fillet. The honey garlic sauce coats the broccoli too, so nothing on the plate tastes like an afterthought.
The honey garlic glaze here caramelizes slightly under the broiler, giving the salmon a sticky, savory-sweet crust that plain baked salmon doesn't have. Broccoli roasted alongside it picks up some of that same glaze.
Salmon reheats better than people expect as long as you don't overdo it in the microwave, since a quick reheat keeps it from drying out. This is one of my go-to bowls when I want something that feels a little more special than a basic chicken and rice combination.
Full ingredient amounts and bake time are on the recipe card, scaled for ten portions. Let the salmon cool before sealing the containers, then refrigerate what you'll eat within four days and freeze the rest. This honey garlic salmon bowl is one of the more special-feeling meals in my regular rotation.
