Happy New Year & Food Blog
Happy New Year everyone! This year I am starting a food blog that will go over my favorite meal prep recipes that I use to keep my body in well fueled and in shape.
Meal prep has become one of the simplest ways for me to stay consistent with my nutrition, save time during busy weeks, and avoid the stress of figuring out what to eat every day. When healthy, satisfying food is already cooked and ready to go, it becomes much easier to make choices that support your goals—whether you are focused on building muscle, maintaining your weight, improving your energy, or simply eating more balanced meals.
I will be making 2 of these recipes myself each week. Each of them is designed to make 10 portions each. You’ll find hearty chicken bowls, high-protein beef meals, seafood options, vegetarian recipes, breakfast ideas, pasta dishes, curries, and comforting classics. Every recipe is built around practical ingredients, straightforward cooking methods, and flavors that hold up well throughout the week.
What I really love about meal prep is that it does not have to be boring. A week of prepared meals can include chicken fajita rice bowls, salmon and broccoli, shrimp pasta, turkey taco bowls, chickpea curry, overnight oats, and so much more. The goal is not to eat the exact same thing forever—it is to make nourishing food more convenient and enjoyable.
Each recipe post includes scaled ingredients, clear directions, estimated nutrition per serving, and meal-prep storage guidance. Most recipes can be refrigerated for several days, while extra portions can be frozen for later. I also recommend adding delicate ingredients, such as avocado or fresh toppings, when you are ready to eat so every meal tastes its best.
I am excited to share the recipes that help me stay prepared, well fueled, and on track. Whether you are new to meal prep or looking for fresh ideas to add to your routine, I hope these posts make your week a little easier—and your meals a lot more delicious.
